This is the story of Karl Bushby, an English walking adventurer, and author, who is attempting to be the first person in history to completely walk an unbroken path around the world. Bushby's trek is known as the Goliath Expedition. He started it in the southern tip of Chile in 1998 and is expected to return to England by the end of 2026.

If you're wondering how he swan for 31 days; He swam for roughly 6 hours a day, covering about 10 to 15 kilometers (6 to 9 miles) daily. He was accompanied by support boats, the Azerbaijani coastguard, and Azerbaijani national team swimmers. He climbed onto the support boat to eat, rest, and sleep before resuming the next leg of the swim.

So fun fact, I live in Hull and his final destination is here 🎉 I’ll be meeting him in person once he finishes the swim 😅
