Descripción
British man Karl Bushby began his 50,000-kilometre walk around the globe in Chile back in 1998. When he set off, he had two rules: first, no forward transport could be used to advance; second, no going home until he arrived there on foot. In doing so, Bushby became the first known person in modern history to walk across the Bering Strait sea ice — and the first person to swim the Caspian Sea. Before he returns home to Hull, East Yorkshire, Bushby spoke with Global’s Europe Correspondent Redmond Shannon on the English Coast.
