My Pandas Got a 1 Star Recruit with UNLIMITED Potential! - Ep. 2

I created the hardest dynasty possible here in College Football 27! The UGF Pandas are a 0 star school with 0 NIL and now a 55 overall roster here in Year 2. We found some players with unlimited potential! If we play it smart I think we can develop them to be absolute legends. We have F school grades in every category possible. I modded the game to be as brutal as possible! This will be the most difficult challenge yet. Let's have some fun! Rebuild Rules: - 1 star recruits only until we win a game - 2 stars per win (1) - 3 Stars unlocked after bowl game victory - Join conference - 2 stars fully unlocked - 3 stars per win (1) - 4 stars unlocked after winning vs UGA - 3 stars fully unlocked - 4 stars per win (1) - 5 Stars unlocked after CFP appearance - New Stadium Unlocked - Join Elite Conference - 5 Stars per win (1) Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/nottheexpert Merch: https://teespring.com/stores/nte Social Media: - Twitter: https://twitter.com/NotTheExpertYT - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nottheexprtyt/ - Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/nottheexpertyt - Discord: https://discord.gg/4gA3C4j - Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/NotTheExpert/ - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Not-The-Expert-113796817114832 Channel member: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsUeMgCW9MRxoZbXTpA7Sog/join FAQ: - Outro Song: https://bit.ly/2Smbygp For Business Inquires: [email protected]
