This trick uses simple diagonal cuts to make skewers look much fuller without spending a cent extra on ingredients. In this clip, a chef shows how a small change in shape and angle can change the look of a skewer. A plain rectangle of crab stick looks thin and flat on the stick. Cut into triangles and skewered so the points face different directions, the same amount of crab stick spreads out and looks fuller from the side. The fish tofu works the same way. Cubes stacked straight make a short, compact column. Turned at an angle and spread along the stick, they take up more space and look more generous. It’s a presentation tip for skewer and BBQ stalls, where the look of the stick is the first thing customers notice. The food is the same, but a sharp knife and a better angle give it more eye appeal. Small changes in shape can make simple ingredients look more appetizing, with no extra food needed. #streetfood #skewerhack #foodhack #foodpresentation #kitchentips #cheftips #crabsticks #fishtofu #friedskewers #bbq #streetfoodtips #foodstyling #foodbusiness #smartcooking #foodtricks #sciencefacts #science #technology #didyouknow #shorts #fyp #foryou #viral #viralshorts #viralvideo #trending #facts Fair Use Disclaimer: This video is made purely for entertainment and commentary purposes.
