Description

GNJB (Genin wa Jibun ni Aru., “The Cause Lies With Me”) works to redefine what it means to be a Japanese idol. By embedding elements of Japanese internet culture, such as music produced by prolific Vocaloid producers and interacting with 2D characters, into their concept, the team aims to bridge the gap between the second and third dimension. In their performances, the team tactfully wields both extremes of their cynical worldview as well as their 1000% perfected facial expressions. The individual members have also ventured into acting, including being casted into the Kamen Rider series, a classic first step for Japanese actors. http://genjibu.jp
