I thought I was going to miss my flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru on Akasa Air. What started with a frustrating check in situation quickly turned into a race against the clock, with traffic, a last minute cab change and just seven minutes left before the check in counter closed. Thankfully, a complete stranger went out of his way to help me get to the airport, and Digi Yatra saved me from having to stand in another queue. But even after making it to the counter, I was left with one very confusing question about my seat. Did I actually make the flight? And what happened once I finally got onboard?
