  It is true tho. When you hit 30 your body's muscle mass starts deteriorating fast. So its not a bad idea to just walk/run a bit and find a full body workout you can do at home without weights even. Take care of your body so that you can enter the your 60 and above without needing a walking chair to move. Time flys by so fast that i feel like it was yesterday we celebrated christmas😂 And that's my weekly rant
