The idea is to basically attach it to your 7 iron that can then convert it into a putter by simply using the magnetic side to it . it also weighs quite heavy so it matches the weight of a putter rather than an iron . It gives you the option to play golf with just one club if you wanted to play just a few holes or anything like that . their thought process is that you can play most shots with a mid iron but it is always difficult to putt with one so this solves that problem .
