Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Bellential Inc. ("we", "us") and govern your use of viralshooter, including the website, the API and the MCP server for AI agents (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. The Service

viralshooter tracks public YouTube videos across the regional charts we monitor and shows their numbers alongside simple calculations of our own. The public board is free to view. Pro and Agency plans unlock the full data set, filters, boards, alerts and access for AI agents.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (14 in the Republic of Korea, or older where local law requires).
  • You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your viralshooter account, including by agents you connect.
  • Tell us at security@viralshooter.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • One person per Pro account. Agency seats are for the named members of your workspace.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial.
  • Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and may add applicable taxes.
  • You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & Billing. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for; we do not issue refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it.
  • Agency plans are billed per seat with a three-seat minimum. Adding seats is prorated; removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before it does.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it succeeds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, or use it to build a competing data set;
  • resell, redistribute or publicly republish data obtained through the Service, other than reasonable excerpts with attribution;
  • work around rate limits, seat limits, access controls or security measures, or share credentials;
  • use the Service to scrape YouTube, or in any way that violates YouTube's or Google's terms;
  • upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities outside our security disclosure process, or disrupt the Service;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. AI agents, API and MCP

You can connect AI agents and tools to your account. They act on your behalf and within your plan's limits (concurrency, calls per minute and alerts), and you are responsible for what they do. We record whether each request came from you or from an agent for limits and billing. We may change these interfaces, and we may throttle or block traffic that threatens the Service.

6. YouTube

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. viralshooter is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Videos, titles, thumbnails and channel names belong to their owners.

7. Our data and calculations

Numbers marked ◆ are viralshooter's own calculations from YouTube API data; they are not YouTube metrics. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The Service is information, not professional, financial or business advice, and decisions you make with it are your own.

8. Your content and our rights

You own the boards, notes and other content you create, and you give us the permission we need to host and display it to you and your workspace. We own the Service, its software, design and our calculations. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service; if we discontinue a paid plan without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused period.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

12. Indemnity

If you use the Service for a business, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service, including by agents you connect.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply.
