Description
I baked a 3D BEAR COOKIE and it didn't melt at all! ✨Recipe: Ingredients: • ½ cup granulated sugar • ¾ cup brown sugar • 1 tsp salt • ½ cup butter • 1 egg • 1 egg yolk • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour • ½ tsp baking soda • ¼ tsp baking powder • 8 oz baking chocolate, chopped Directions: 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the butter until browned, then let cool slightly. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and browned butter until combined (it will look grainy, break up any large lumps). 3. Whisk in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and ribbons form when lifted. 4. Sift in the flour, baking soda, and baking powder, then fold gently with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix. 5. Fold in the chopped chocolate. Scoop dough into balls, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for deeper flavor. 6. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake cookies for 12–15 minutes, until golden at the edges. Let cool completely. 7. Let cool slightly, then serve these perfect chocolate chip cookies! 🍪Show all
