For those who don’t know why she ran on the tickly throat is because that means that they are having a allergic reaction and that their throat is closing that can cause them to not breath and might die but if you pass out or be in the hospital in about 5 minutes you will be fine

I have a disability that can cause extreme pain in my legs, im in a wheelchair because of it and i remember i asked my nurse if there was anything she could give me to help me, she gave me paracetamol and i told her I'd already had some, next thing you know she asks me what i want her to do about it... anyway i got one ice cube wrapped in a plastic sheet that day whilst i was crying 😐 Edit: to everyone asking she could've sent me home, she could've given me a proper ice pack instead of one cube and she could've asked a bit nicer. And lets be clear i put this comment on for people to relate to

Being a school nurse is probably similar to hearing stories about how peoples' hampsters died

I think being a school nurse means being told the most random injuries that somehow happen with world logic-

Our nurse doesnt even go anywhere unless someone is actively dead, dying, or cannot physically move. Oh man, you had a seizure? Can you walk down 2 flights of stairs, across the building, up 3 flights and into my office? You can bring a friend! I swear my friend has been there with me more than the adults. Its a known fact that if Im not in class she can go check at the nurse and if Im not okay she is the FIRST to stand up and tell teh teacher "Hey. We're going. See ya sucker"
